Who is Nuance, anyway?

Established in 2012, Nuance has become one of Australia’s leading communication consultancies. Nuance is helmed by Emma Heath, a strategically-minded writer with 20+ years of experience in communications and sustainability. She is one of the few professionals in Australia with credentials from both GRI and the IFRS Foundation.

While the Nuance team has experience across a raft of categories – property, finance and technology to name a few – our interests are sustainability, social impact, diversity & inclusion, and health & wellbeing. As a result, Nuance has evolved to focus on ESG matters, assisting clients with everything from mandatory reporting to stakeholder engagement and awareness campaigns.

This certainly applies to the world of ESG, where every claim must be considered and validated if it’s to hold weight. Word count overload also dilutes the message – so we aim for engagement with zero fluff.
